An evening of great live music from:

Trademark D are a new, fresh musical outfit based in London that have been together for a year and a half. They have recently released their debut ep called 'Colours Of Love' to a great launch night held at the Luxe in Spitalfields. Transcending genres; they present their unique blend of Soul/Blues/Acoustic/Pop, with influences ranging from the usual suspects; Stevie Wonder and Jacko, to more modern Conquistadors such as John Mayer, Jason Mraz and George Michael. A loyal fan base is beginning to flourish and the duo are currently writing and recording at an intense rate in the hope of reaching people with something fresh, exciting, innovative, real, soulful, honest and new.

"Honest, time honoured songwriting that lights little camp fires all over the space beneath your rib cage." - Chris Sheehan, The Karamel Music Club, London

Since his debut ep Hazy Summer Morning was featured on BBC Introducing In Essex in December, Noel Cowley has been carving a reputation in London as a crafter and performer of heartfelt songs of love, loss and hope.
Born in Woolwich, he grew up in Ireland (first Dublin and later Derry) and now lives in London once again. While Noel is mainly a solo act, he has an ongoing partnership with his Dublin based musician brother Ewan Cowley, which sees Ewan producing Noel's recordings. Occasionally, when schedules allow, the two brothers perform live as a duo.
Hints and traces of the lyrical and melodic styles of Noel's most enduring influences (Tim and Neil Finn, Fran Healy, Difford & Tilbrook, Justin Currie, Ron Sexsmith, Richard Thompson, Paul Brady, The Beatles) can be heard in his songwriting. So it follows that the songs and sounds on Hazy Summer Morning and in his live sets echo the likes of Crowded House, Travis, Squeeze, Del Amitri and George Harrison).
Noel has recently recorded a new single which will be released this Spring.

Ten is a female singer/songwriter and rapper born in Zimbabwe. Escaping political turmoil and risk of poverty at the age of 12, she moved to the United Kingdom. Ten has been performing from the age of 8, and finally had her '15minutes of fame' on Television during the X-Factor 2010. Simon Cowell, aware that Ten had dropped out of a Law Degree to pursue music, suggested that Ten returns to University and quit music completely. Disheartened and discouraged in front of an audience of 3000, Ten decided to go back to University after the show. However, her love and raw passion for music would not go away, and in summer 2012, Ten was discovered on Youtube by an American artist in Los Angeles who invited her out there to make music together as he was well connected. This opportunity led to Ten dropping out of University once again, and this time, not going back. Now she has officially released her first single entitled 'Right Here' accompanied by the official video, and has written enough material to release an album.

Thom Byles is an English-Mexican singer-songwriter based in Greenwich, London. He plays acoustic guitar in an unusual manner combining percussive and melodic phrases overlaid by warm, heartfelt vocals. He released his debut EP ‘Step into the Weather’ in Sept. 2012 and a single ‘The Big Freeze’ in March 2013. His influences include Fink, Patrick Watson, Bright Eyes, Jack Johnson, John Mayer and Beirut.

Dave Ambrose hailed from the roots of Fleetwood Mac (founder member) and from playing bass in many 60’s bands. He went on to become a sensible record guy that signed many 80s/90s acts during his career in Music.

Picking up his guitar and writing crafted songs with Vintage clothing lover Amanda, they formed ‘Shadowlands’ and he returned to his original love of playing music but this time not on bass but guitar.

A little on Amanda T..; Whilst other kids were playing pop music she was listening to Ella Fitgerald, and kindled a love of old music, from jazz, to rn’r and rockabilly. This made for an interesting fusion of original, mighty hooky songs. All the musical influences are there overlapping not to mention a fun loving colourful wardrobe!

South London hard rock band Superfecta formed in the late summer of 2011. They released their first demo single and video, "She's a Star" in the summer of 2012. The band is back in April 2013, with a new line up and a new single "Paradox", to be released early May. The single and video will be supported by shows and promotion in the London area, and further afield, with an EP being released early summer.

Superfecta's sound is hard, melodic and vocal driven, reminiscent of bands such as Foo Fighters, Soundgarden, The Cult and Alter Bridge
