Every second Sunday we have real Argentine Tango in The Ballroom, every Monday line-dancing, every Tuesday Swingland the premiere place to learn lindyhop and jive, every Wednesday scintilating Salsa classes make The Bedford the perfect place for a mid-week date and finally pole dancing classes on Thursday bring you the chance to learn this exciting and exhilirating new dance form.
